We had a 2 day trip to Stratford to visit Shakespeare's birthplace , school, Mary Arden's House, Anne Hathaway's cottage etc., and the theatre to see Love's Labours Lost. We were split between two Youth Hostels for the night. My main memories are of having to walk around Stratford in a crocodile, and the teacher in charge of us ( I think Miss Lloyd?) dishing out the chores the next morning!
