Form 5B Group seated on bricks for the new hall in 1936
We think the girls in this photograph are sitting on the building materials for the new hall and library. In the background you can just glimpse the tennis courts and a Tremhyfryd chimney pot!
The new hall and library, which had been largely designed by miss Nightingale, was opened officially in 1939.

Great picture and of course my grandmother, Gladys, is at the top as is her spirit of adventure even still at 97 years old!
