This is the cover of Jean Petty's School Report Book for 1938-44. Interestingly, at that time, school reports consisted of a single page per term and were written into a book, which was taken home and counter-signed by a parent. By the time I started at DWS, in 1959, school reports were produced individually each term and covered two pages. They were posted home and therefore did not need to be counter-signed.
