A photo of four pupils outside the summer quarters of all the hamsters,guinea pigs etc that were unfortunate enough to be taken to DWS. In winter they lived in a sort of conservatory off the biology lab which was icy cold , but in summer they would have all baked alive there. They went instead to a corrugated iron shed between the path up to Pen and the swimming pool. The pupils are Joy Robinson, Ann Boak, Penny Evans and Ann Richards
